Super location outside the city, convenient shuttle to train station, outstanding staff, amazing breakfast, spacious rooms for families.

The location near the airport was super convenient for our early morning flight. The front desk staff were friendly and attentive. Although the area outside the hotel didn't look great, the lobby gave a great first impression. We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean rooms, with amazingly comfortable beds. The hotel's shuttle to the train station made getting into Naples a breeze. The breakfast was top-notch, and the staff even prepared food for us when the restaurant was closed. The overall service was jaw-dropping, from organizing the shuttle to providing recommendations. We loved the nearby pizzeria and supermarket. Our room comfortably accommodated the four of us, with a large bed and sofa.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and had a great experience. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We were impressed with the service, as they even prepared food for us when the restaurant was closed for dinner. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. During my recent business trip, I had the opportunity to stay at the San Mauro in Casalnuovo Di Napoli. The hotel was chosen by my director, and I was pleasantly surprised by the facilities for disabled guests. It was clear that the hotel had made an effort to cater to the needs of all guests, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great location, clean rooms and helpful staff. The hotel offers spacious rooms that can comfortably accommodate two people. The breakfast is okay, and the swimming pool is of reasonable size. Parking space is abundant, and the bar in the lobby is excellent.

Neglected hotel, lack of plug sockets in the rooms, and terrible smell of smoke in the bedding. The staff hardly speaks English, which makes communication difficult.

During my recent stay, I was delighted to discover that San Mauro is a fantastic hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the buffet-style breakfast with its wide variety of delicious options. The hotel's location proved to be very convenient as it offered a free shuttle service to and from the local train station, allowing us to easily explore nearby attractions like Naples, Capri, Sorrento, and Pompeii. Additionally, there was a nearby supermarket and a restaurant called "L'Ombra del Vesuvio" where we had some amazing meals. The hotel's facilities, including the tennis courts and outdoor swimming pool, were top-notch and added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. Despite a few drawbacks such as the gym and indoor pool being closed during our visit and the misinformation about the airport shuttle, I would still highly recommend San Mauro for an enjoyable and convenient stay.
